Torrents hates firewall. If you are using kaspersky Internet Security, the incoming and outgoing ports need to be configure. You have to allow all tcp/udp ports activities and let the torrent client running wherever it should be. Now, I will show you how to do it by the following step.
1.Open up your KasperskyInternet Security and go to Firewall section under the protection. Click on the
filtration rules and a popup will show up.

2. Click on the
add button to set a rules for your torrent client. I'm using azureus in this example.


4. Another popup will present, now click on the template and
allow all your TCP/UDP ports activities.

Look at the rules of your application, you should see your program listed

5. Now run another test and tarraaaa! The ports needed for torrent client has been unblocked.
